Booking

We have found from experience that it is advisable to have dogs over for a trial day to ensure that everyone gets on with each other and that both you and your dog are happy with us and us with him/her.

We do not take any entire male dogs or puppies under 12 months.

Opening hours between 9 to 10 am Monday to Saturday and Sunday between 5 to 6pm only.

For the trial day we establish that your dog is happy with us and us with him/her and then when everyone is happy the paperwork can be completed. 

I would suggest you print off the paperwork and bring it with you on the trial day as we do require a hard copy for the records we show to the council.

If you think it would help to have your own bed please feel free to bring them with you on arrival on the understanding that we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused in view of the possibility of your dog sharing a room with another.

We only take bookings for a minimum of 4 nights with the exception of School/Bank holidays when only weekly bookings are taken.( between the dates of 1st of july and 1st of September )

      Bank Holidays

      No arrival or collection dates on national bank holidays – if dogs held on these days a 50% increase for that day will be made.

      Cancellation notice

      We require 2 weeks notice of cancellation anything less will result in the full fee being paid.

      Booking

      A full 25% deposit is required on booking, without deposit and forms returned booking cannot be confirmed.

      Payment

      Payment in full on arrival for the full term.
      Mondays to Saturdays- drop off between 9 -10am or 5- 6pm and pick up times the same
      Sundays – no morning drop off or collection, pick up between 5 - 6pm only.
